Dept of Psych and Behav Medicine is committed to helping anyone with an alcohol or drug use problem in the Collinsville area find complete recovery. It provides several services - such as outpatient hospital programs, inpatient drug rehab centers, short term rehab centers, detoxification facilities, long term treatment centers and others - in keeping with its belief of the recovery care and rehabilitation methods that are effective in recovery. This alcohol and drug rehab also believes that clients require individual treatment and care to be able to maintain their sobriety.
As such, Dept of Psych and Behav Medicine has specialized in individual psychotherapy, anger management, matrix model, motivational interviewing, group therapy, group therapy and more. Similarly, it accepts clients who are transgender or (LGBT) clients, self-help groups, clients with HIV/AIDS, persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, clients referred from the court/judicial system, residential beds for client's children, and others. This alcohol and drug rehabilitation program uses treatment methods that can help patients to maintain lasting and permanent abstinence from the substances abused in the past.
