Seafarers is dedicated to assisting any person with an alcohol or drug use problem in the local community find complete recovery. It offers several services - such as outpatient counseling, short term drug and alcohol rehab centers, long term treatment centers, inpatient addiction treatment programs, detoxification facilities and others - in line with its belief of the recovery care and rehab modalities that are effective in recovery. This addiction treatment center also believes that clients require individual treatment and care to be able to maintain their sobriety.
As such, Seafarers specializes in trauma-related counseling, behavior modification, substance abuse counseling approach, contingency management/motivational incentive, dialectical behavior therapy, relapse prevention and more. At the same time, it accepts patients who are domestic violence, suicide prevention services, self-help groups, persons with serious mental illness, transgender or (LGBT) clients, co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, and others. This drug and alcohol rehab facility uses care modalities that can assist patients to maintain abstinence from the substances of abuse that they have used in the past.
