Council on Alcoholism has made a name for itself by dedicating its recovery services to the individuals who struggle with alcohol and drug use issues in the local community.
Services are provided on an individual basis to make sure people find full recovery in the long term. Council on Alcoholism also specializes in group therapy, 12-step facilitation approach, dual diagnosis drug rehab, contingency management/motivational incentive, substance abuse counseling approach, individual psychotherapy, and others - as well as many other treatment methods such as clients referred from the court/judicial system, substance abuse education, housing services, transgender or (LGBT) clients, veterans, clients with HIV/AIDS, and more.
Additionally, Council on Alcoholism has programs such as inpatient drug and alcohol rehabs, outpatient substance abuse counseling, short term rehab facilities, outpatient detoxification facilities, long term drug and alcohol rehabs for clients with addictions to alcohol and drugs. The drug and alcohol treatment program uses treatment methods that can provide lasting and permanent stability to anyone with an alcohol and drug abuse problem. Finally, Council on Alcoholism accepts clients with different kinds of payment methods - including private medical insurance, private pay, medicaid, medicare, sliding fee scale, other state funds, access to recovery (atr) voucher and others.
