Columbia Teen Challenge is known for dedicating its recovery services to the people who struggle with alcohol and drug use disorders in Springfield and its surrounding areas.
Services are offered on an individual basis to ensure clients find full recovery in the long term. Columbia Teen Challenge has also specialized in 12-step facilitation approach, vocational rehabilitation services, couple/family therapy, brief intervention approach, rational emotive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and others - as well as other treatment methods such as housing services, social skills development, active duty military, residential beds for client's children, aftercare/continuing care, veterans, and more.
Additionally, Columbia Teen Challenge has programs such as long term drug abuse treatment, short term drug treatment, outpatient individual counseling, inpatient treatment centers, detox centers for clients with addictions to drugs and alcohol. The drug and alcohol rehabilitation program uses treatment modalities that can provide lasting and permanent stability to any person with a drug and alcohol abuse disorder. Finally, Columbia Teen Challenge accepts individuals with different kinds of payment methods - including cash or self-payment, private health insurance, medicaid, medicare, military insurance, access to recovery (atr) voucher, other state funds and others.
