MISSION OF THE AGENCY: The mission of the Barnwell County Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse (dba Axis I Center of Barnwell) is to provide awareness, education, prevention, intervention, treatment, and referral for persons served. Through these services, the agency will assist persons served and other community members in removing the stigma and negative consequences associated with substance use disorders.
