Northeastern Oklahoma Council on provides addiction care and rehabilitation services such as long term rehab facilities, inpatient rehab programs, short term rehabs, intensive outpatient treatment, detoxification programs, and others to clients residing in Ketchum, OK. and within the surrounding neighborhoods so that they overcome their drug and alcohol use issues and achieve full recovery.
