Northeastern Oklahoma Council on provides addiction treatment and rehabilitation services such as long term addiction treatment facilities, short term treatment programs, detoxification facilities, intensive outpatient treatment, inpatient drug treatment, and others to clients living in the local community so that they overcome their alcohol and drug abuse issues and find full recovery.
