Transformation House II has been providing addiction rehabilitation to individuals who reside in and around Columbia Heights and who are fighting with substance use disorders. As such, Transformation House II provides a array of services such as trauma-related counseling, group therapy, vocational rehabilitation services, activity therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, cognitive/behavior therapy and others using its unique philosophy of evidence based approaches to addiction treatment.

Because of this, it has been specializing in a wide collection of personalized treatments like suicide prevention services, programs for the hearing impaired, substance abuse education, housing services, treatment for spanish-speaking clients, persons with eating disorders and more. In the same way, this drug and alcohol treatment program provides these services in the following settings - outpatient detoxification programs, inpatient rehabs, outpatient individual counseling, long term drug abuse treatment, short term drug rehab facilities and more.
It also has aftercare programs designed to replicate its treatment methods in the creation of a level of stability, abstinence, and sobriety that is permanent and lasting.
