List of Short Term Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Programs In Wesley, Iowa

Making Short Term Drug Treatment Work in Wesley, Iowa

For many people, completing short term drug or alcohol treatment means that you'll want to continue on with additional rehabilitation services such as through group counseling and individualized therapy. Usually, addiction recovery is a long-term commitment. This means that you may want to continue with your treatment in other settings for some time - depending on how confident you are in your sobriety, your determination, and your health.

Therefore, the step-down method after going through a short term drug rehab program will consist of other levels of recovery, including but not limited to:

  • Halfway houses
  • Intensive outpatient programs (IOP)
  • Outpatient treatments
  • Partial hospitalization programs (PHP)
  • Sober living homes
  • Support groups

Even after you have graduated from a short term drug and alcohol rehabilitation center and have began a new sober way of life, you will still need additional support and aftercare services. You might find these in group contexts, such as by going to 12-step meetings, or in an individualized setting like one on one counseling & therapy and outpatient drug treatment.

In general, the longer you stay committed to the treatment protocol, the higher your chances of successful recovery will be.

While you strive for abstinence and structure in your life, you will want to take the time to locate an effective short term substance abuse treatment center in Wesley in accordance with your particular requirements and preferences.

While trying to find a short term treatment facility, therefore, you might want to take into account the following factors:

  • The cost of treatment
  • The type and severity of your addiction
  • If the facility accepts insurance
  • The location of the facility
  • The length of the treatment programs
  • If you are suffering from any co-occurring physical and mental health disorders
  • The length of the treatment programs
