Area Substance Abuse Council is dedicated to assisting any person with an alcohol or drug use problem in the local community find full recovery. It offers several programs - such as outpatient detoxification facilities, inpatient rehab centers, short term addiction treatment centers, long term drug addiction treatment, outpatient substance abuse counseling and others - in line with its belief of the recovery treatment and rehabilitation methods that work in recovery. This addiction treatment center also believes that clients require individual care to be able to stop abusing drugs and alcohol.
As such, Area Substance Abuse Council has specialized in motivational interviewing, rational emotive behavioral therapy, contingency management/motivational incentive, group therapy, cognitive/behavior therapy, relapse prevention and more. Similarly, it accepts clients who are active duty military, persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, aftercare/continuing care, self-help groups, persons with eating disorders, programs for the hearing impaired, and others. This drug and alcohol treatment program uses treatment methods that can help clients to maintain sobriety and abstinence from the substances abused in the past.
In terms of payment, clients in Area Substance Abuse Council can pay for services using private medical insurance, private pay, sliding fee scale, military insurance, county or local government funds, state welfare or child and family services funds and others.
