List of Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Programs In Rowan, Iowa

How Outpatient Drug Rehab Works in Rowan, Iowa

If you have been grappling with a severe substance use disorder and addiction, outpatient alcohol and drug treatment may not prove useful for you. Before you seek treatment for your condition, you must first complete detox to rid your body completely of the substances you were abusing.

After the detox stage, the outpatient addiction treatment program will begin the real work of therapy and recovery. In fact, these programs work better if you have already completed another form of treatment - such as a staying in an inpatient alcohol and drug rehab program. You should also be considered medically stable enough that you can comfortably pursue treatment and recovery with minimal supervision.

When you enter into an outpatient substance abuse treatment center in Rowan, the following services will be provided every week:

  • Counseling with Family
  • Group therapy and support meetings
  • Individual therapy and counseling
  • Prescribed medication management for poly-substance addiction diagnoses
  • Diet Management
  • One on one therapy sessions with licensed treatment counselors
  • Exercise related therapy
  • Relapse Prevention Skills
