List of Short Term Drug and Alcohol Treatment Facilities In Randall, Iowa

Making Short Term Drug Treatment Work in Randall, Iowa

Most commonly, completing short term treatment means that you need to follow up with additional rehabilitation services such as making use of individual and group counseling. Usually, recovery from addiction is a long-term commitment. Therefore you might want to continue with your treatment in other settings for a while - depending on how confident you are in your sobriety, your determination, and your health.

Therefore, the step-down method after going through a short term drug rehab program may involve other types of recovery, including but not limited to:

  • Intensive outpatient programs (IOP)
  • Partial hospitalization programs (PHP)
  • Halfway houses
  • Sober living homes
  • Support groups
  • Outpatient treatments

In fact, even after you have completed a short term substance abuse rehab facility and have started reintegrating into a new sober way of life, you will likely still want continued support and aftercare services. You may find these in group settings, such as by regularly attending 12-step support group meetings, or in an individual setting such as one-on-one counseling and outpatient drug treatment.

As a rule, the longer you stay committed to treatment and recovery, the higher your chances of successful recovery will be.

While you strive for sobriety and balance in your life, you should take the time to locate a good short term substance abuse rehab facility in Randall based on your particular needs and preferences.

When looking for a short term treatment program you may want to consider the following factors:

  • If the facility accepts insurance
  • If you are suffering from any co-occurring physical and mental health disorders
  • The cost of treatment
  • The length of the treatment programs
  • The location of the facility
  • The rehab programs provided
  • The type and severity of your addiction
