MercyOne Horizons is dedicated to helping the people of Osterdock, Iowa and the surrounding areas to find full recovery after a period of struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. Additionally, MercyOne Horizons is specialized in persons with eating disorders, self-help groups, substance abuse education, active duty military, domestic violence, seniors or older adults, as well as other special programs.
