MercyOne Horizons is devoted to assisting the people of Norway, Iowa and the surrounding areas to recovering from the problems and issues that arrive from drug an/or alcohol abuse. Because of this, MercyOne Horizons administers a wide assortment of services in line with their philosophy of treatments that work - including inpatient rehab centers, outpatient detoxification facilities, short term addiction treatment programs, long term rehab programs, outpatient counseling and others.
MercyOne Horizons also believes that it is of the upmost importance that every person gets specific treatments that are tailored to their needs to help ensure treatment is a success. This is why it is specialized in a wide variety of treatment modalities, including substance abuse counseling approach, brief intervention approach, cognitive/behavior therapy, trauma-related counseling, dialectical behavior therapy, activity therapy and others. In addition, MercyOne Horizons is specialized in clients with HIV/AIDS, co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, veterans, persons who have experienced sexual abuse, persons with serious mental illness, aftercare/continuing care, as well as other special programs. In general, the treatment methods that this drug and alcohol rehabilitation program uses strive to achieve true and lasting sobriety for each of its clients.
Lastly, MercyOne Horizons accepts private pay, private medical insurance, payment assistance, military insurance, state welfare or child and family services funds, access to recovery (atr) voucher and more.
