List of Short Term Addiction Treatment Facilities In Leland, Iowa

Making Short Term Drug Treatment Work in Leland, Iowa

Typically, finishing short term drug or alcohol rehab means that you'll need to continue on with additional rehabilitation services such as through 12-step meetings or individualized counseling. Usually, substance abuse recovery is a long-term ambition. That said, you might want to continue with your treatment in other settings for a while - depending on how confident you are in your sobriety, your determination, and your health.

As such, the step-down method after attending a short term rehabilitation program may involve additional types of treatment, including but not limited to:

  • Intensive outpatient programs (IOP)
  • Partial hospitalization programs (PHP)
  • Halfway houses
  • Sober living homes
  • Support groups
  • Outpatient treatments

In fact, even after you have finished a short term substance abuse rehab program and have began transitioning into a new healthy and drug-free way of life, you will still need continued support. You might encounter these in group contexts, such as by going to 12-step support group meetings, or in an individualized environment like one-on-one counseling & therapy and outpatient therapy.

Typically, the longer you stay committed to treatment and recovery, the higher your chances of successful recovery will be.

While you strive for abstinence and structure in your life, you should take the time to locate the best short term rehab program in Leland in accordance with your specific requirements and preferences.

While looking for a short term treatment center, therefore, you should consider the following factors:

  • If the facility accepts insurance
  • If you are suffering from any co-occurring physical and mental health disorders
  • The cost of treatment
  • The length of the treatment programs
  • The location of the facility
  • The rehab programs provided
  • The type and severity of your addiction
