List of Long Term Addiction Treatment Facilities In Jolley, Iowa

Long Term Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation and Mental Health Care in Jolley, Iowa

Even after completing a long-term alcohol and drug drug addiction program in Jolley, you may still be required to continue with your treatment. However, some individuals might begin wondering why they need to spend so long in such a program.

In particular, they may imagine that it would be more effective to finish short-term rehab before checking into an intensive outpatient program. Still, even though some addicts have found success through this form of rehab, there are people who would benefit more by spending a number of months in an inpatient facility. These include addicts with weak recovery skills as well as those who may require additional help and support to overcome their drug addiction.

These addicted individuals include those who:

  • Are utterly unable to structure their lives without abusing their drugs and alcohol of choice
  • Come from unsafe neighborhoods and homes that could tempt them to begin using again
  • Have co-occurring psychological conditions
  • Begin using intoxicating and mind-altering substances from a young age
  • Completed addiction treatment but relapse to their previous using habits

In many cases, long term drug rehabilitation might also be accompanied by extended care and psychological rehabilitation. This is because the mental illnesses often co-occur with drug and alcohol addiction - by leading individuals to abuse alcohol and drugs or arising from alcohol and drug abuse - often require long term management and treatment.

Through a Jolley, IA. long-term facility, therefore, you will receive all the care and help you need to overcome both your drug and alcohol abuse and any co-occurring mental health condition that you are suffering from.

If you choose short-term rehab, you may discover that you particularly isolate yourself, neglect your physical health and wellness, and cease taking the medications that doctors recommended to you. This is why long-term drug and alcohol rehab makes sense for people with co-occurring conditions and who need more intensive care.
