MercyOne Horizons is devoted to helping the community of Jesup and the surrounding areas to getting their life back after struggling with substance abuse. MercyOne Horizons administers a wide collection of services in line with their philosophy of treatments that work - including inpatient detox programs, inpatient addiction treatment facilities, long term drug rehab centers, outpatient individual counseling, short term rehab facilities and others.
MercyOne Horizons also believes that it is of the upmost importance that every person gets specific treatments that are tailored to their needs to help ensure treatment is a success. This is why it is specialized in a wide variety of treatment modalities, including vocational rehabilitation services, anger management, group therapy, behavior modification, relapse prevention, 12-step facilitation approach and others. In addition, MercyOne Horizons is specialized in persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, veterans, clients referred from the court/judicial system, self-help groups, social skills development, programs for the hearing impaired, as well as other special programs. In general, the treatment services that this alcohol and drug rehabilitation program uses strive to achieve true and lasting sobriety for each of its clients.
Lastly, MercyOne Horizons accepts cash or self-payment, private health insurance, military insurance, sliding fee scale, access to recovery (atr) voucher, state welfare or child and family services funds and more.
