List of Short Term Addiction Treatment Programs In Hartley, Iowa

Continued Care Following Short Term Drug Rehabilitation in Hartley, Iowa

One of the advantages when you finish short term rehabilitation is that you can later transition into long-term treatment. Therefore, this form of rehabilitation works perfectly for people in Hartley who have either relapsed or are at risk of relapse because they can immerse themselves in another drug-free environment and continue effectively working on their addiction.

After you finish and leave a treatment program, it is highly possible that you will come across the same places where you previously used drugs before you went for rehab. This is due to the fact that the same triggers - people, places, and things - that could prompt you to start using again will still be there.

Considering it can be very difficult to shift back into the "real world" after completing long-term rehabilitation where you were able to remain engaged in healing and support for a few months, you might feel that continuing on with short term addiction treatment in Hartley, IA. may potentially help you hold on to your newly found abstinence, resolve, and conceptions against substance abuse and addiction.

During short term treatment, therefore, you will discover how to have a more positive and healthy way of life in spite of any difficulties you may experience. The program will also help you to effectively manage your thoughts and behaviors - which can be very helpful in ensuring that you can handle any stress you are confronted with.

Other components of addiction rehabilitation and continued care include:

  • How to create a more favorable environment at home and work
  • How to recognize triggers and avoid them
  • How to surround yourself with support through community groups, outpatient treatment, and stays at sober living facilities

Finally, short term rehabilitation will have a vast variety of treatment components that will help you apply new abilities in your life and continue living up to the new principles you learned once you leave the treatment facility.
