MercyOne Horizons has made a name for itself by dedicating its recovery services to the individuals who struggle with drug and alcohol use disorders in the local community.
Services are provided on an individualized basis to make sure people achieve full recovery in the long term. MercyOne Horizons also specializes in trauma-related counseling, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, contingency management/motivational incentive, activity therapy, cognitive/behavior therapy, and others - as well as other treatment methods such as persons with serious mental illness, persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, persons who have experienced sexual abuse, clients with HIV/AIDS, programs for the hearing impaired, clients referred from the court/judicial system, and more.
Additionally, MercyOne Horizons has programs such as short term drug and alcohol rehabs, long term drug rehab programs, outpatient individual counseling, inpatient rehab facilities, detoxification facilities for clients with addictions to drugs and alcohol. The alcohol and drug treatment program uses treatment methods that can provide lasting and permanent stability to anyone with a drug and alcohol abuse disorder. Finally, MercyOne Horizons accepts clients with different kinds of payment methods - including private health insurance, cash or self-payment, medicaid, medicare, sliding fee scale, state corrections or juvenile justice funds, other state funds and others.
