List of Short Term Alcohol and Drug Rehabs In Fertile, Iowa

Making Short Term Drug and Alcohol Rehab Work in Fertile, Iowa

Most commonly, completing short term drug or alcohol rehab means that you'll need to carry on with additional rehabilitation services such as making use of individual and group counseling. In most cases, recovery from addiction is a long-term goal. This means that you may want to continue with your treatment in other settings for a while - depending on your health, strength, and level of abstinence and recovery.

Therefore, the step-down method after going through a short term drug rehab program will include additional levels of treatment, including but not limited to:

  • Halfway houses
  • Intensive outpatient programs (IOP)
  • Outpatient treatments
  • Partial hospitalization programs (PHP)
  • Sober living homes
  • Support groups

In fact, even after you have completed a short term substance abuse rehab program and have started reintegrating into a new healthy and drug-free way of life, you will still need continued support. You may encounter these in group contexts, such as by regularly attending 12-step support group meetings, or in an individualized atmosphere such as one on one counseling or outpatient drug treatment.

In general, the longer you stay committed to treatment and recovery, the greater your chances of recovery will be.

As you attempt abstinence and balance in your life, you will want to take the time to find an effective short term drug rehab center in Fertile that fits your particular needs and preferences.

While searching for a short term rehab center you may want to consider the following factors:

  • If the facility accepts insurance
  • If you are suffering from any co-occurring physical and mental health disorders
  • The cost of treatment
  • The length of the treatment programs
  • The location of the facility
  • The rehab programs provided
  • The type and severity of your addiction
