MercyOne Horizons is committed to helping any person with an alcohol or drug abuse disorder in Dundee, Iowa and its surrounding areas find complete recovery. It offers several services - such as intensive outpatient treatment, outpatient detoxification programs, inpatient rehab programs, long term addiction treatment centers, short term drug and alcohol rehab facilities and others - in keeping with its philosophy of the recovery treatment and rehabilitation methods that are effective in recovery. This drug and alcohol rehabilitation program also believes that people need individual care and treatment to be able to maintain their sobriety.
As such, MercyOne Horizons specializes in cognitive/behavior therapy, brief intervention approach, couple/family therapy, behavior modification, 12-step facilitation approach, activity therapy and more. Similarly, it accepts clients who are active duty military, child care for clients children, persons with eating disorders, self-help groups, legal advocacy, persons with serious mental illness, and others. This alcohol and drug rehab program uses care methods that can help patients to achieve lasting and permanent sobriety and abstinence from the substances abused in the past.
In terms of payment, clients in MercyOne Horizons can pay for services using private insurance, cash or self-payment, sliding fee scale, military insurance, state corrections or juvenile justice funds, county or local government funds and others.
