List of Short Term Alcohol and Drug Rehabs In Blairsburg, Iowa

Making Short Term Drug Treatment Work in Blairsburg, Iowa

Most commonly, finishing short term rehab means that you'll need to follow up with aftercare services such as through group counseling and individualized therapy. Usually, substance abuse recovery is a long-term ambition. That said, you may want to continue with your treatment in other settings for a while - depending on your health, strength, and level of abstinence and recovery.

Therefore, the step-down method after attending a short term drug treatment program will involve additional methods of treatment, including but not limited to:

  • Halfway houses
  • Intensive outpatient programs (IOP)
  • Outpatient treatments
  • Partial hospitalization programs (PHP)
  • Sober living homes
  • Support groups

In fact, even after you have completed a short term drug rehab program and have began reintegrating into a new sober way of life, you may still want further support and aftercare services. You might discover these in group contexts, such as by regularly attending 12-step support group meetings, or in an individual environment such as one-on-one counseling or outpatient therapy.

Typically, the longer you can stick to treatment and recovery, the better your chances of recovery will be.

As you strive for sobriety and structure in your life, you will want to take the time to locate the best short term rehab facility in Blairsburg based on your particular requirements and preferences.

While looking for a short term rehab center, therefore, you may want to take into account the following factors:

  • If the facility accepts insurance
  • If you are suffering from any co-occurring physical and mental health disorders
  • The cost of treatment
  • The length of the treatment programs
  • The location of the facility
  • The rehab programs provided
  • The type and severity of your addiction
