Shade of the Tree is dedicated to helping the residents of Arnolds Park, IA. and the surrounding areas to recovering from the problems and issues that arrive from drug an/or alcohol abuse. This is why it is specialized in a wide variety of treatment methods, including relapse prevention, motivational interviewing, individual psychotherapy, trauma-related counseling, contingency management/motivational incentive, rational emotive behavioral therapy and others. In addition, Shade of the Tree is specialized in programs for the hearing impaired, social skills development, domestic violence, persons who have experienced sexual abuse, transgender or (LGBT) clients, suicide prevention services, as well as other special programs. In general, the treatment services that this alcohol and drug treatment program uses strive to achieve true and lasting sobriety for each of its clients.
Lastly, Shade of the Tree accepts private pay, private insurance, payment assistance, sliding fee scale, state education funds, state welfare or child and family services funds and more.
