NorthStar Transitions is committed to assisting any person with an alcohol or drug use problem in the local community find full recovery. It provides several programs - such as outpatient detoxification centers, long term drug abuse treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, short term drug addiction treatment, inpatient drug addiction treatment and others - in line with its philosophy of the recovery care and rehabilitation methods that are effective in recovery. This drug and alcohol rehabilitation program also believes that people need individual care and treatment to be able to maintain their sobriety.
As such, NorthStar Transitions specializes in brief intervention approach, couple/family therapy, cognitive/behavior therapy, dual diagnosis drug rehab, dialectical behavior therapy, relapse prevention and more. Similarly, it accepts patients who are programs for the hearing impaired, aftercare/continuing care, active duty military, clients with HIV/AIDS, persons with serious mental illness, clients referred from the court/judicial system, and others. This addiction treatment program uses care modalities that can help clients to maintain lasting and permanent sobriety and abstinence from the substances abused in the past.
In terms of payment, clients in NorthStar Transitions can pay for services using private pay, private insurance, military insurance, payment assistance, state education funds, other state funds and others.
