List of Short Term Alcohol and Drug Treatment Facilities In Otis, Colorado

Making Short Term Rehabilitation Work in Otis, Colorado

For many people, completing short term treatment means that you need to continue on with aftercare services such as through 12-step meetings or individualized counseling. Usually, addiction recovery is a long-term ambition. That said, you might want to continue with your treatment in other settings for some time - depending on how confident you are in your sobriety, your determination, and your health.

As such, the step-down method after going through a short term rehab program will consist of additional levels of recovery, including but not limited to:

  • Halfway houses
  • Intensive outpatient programs (IOP)
  • Outpatient treatments
  • Partial hospitalization programs (PHP)
  • Sober living homes
  • Support groups

In fact, even after you have finished a short term rehabilitation center and have began transitioning into a new healthy way of life, you will still require additional support and aftercare services. You might encounter these in group contexts, such as by going to 12-step meetings, or in an individualized atmosphere like one-on-one counseling or outpatient drug treatment.

Typically, the longer you can stick to the treatment protocol, the better your chances of recovery will be.

While you attempt sobriety and balance in your life, you will want to take the time to find the best short term drug or alcohol rehabilitation facility in Otis based on your specific needs and preferences.

When looking for a short term treatment center you may want to take into account the following factors:

  • The cost of treatment
  • The type and severity of your addiction
  • If the facility accepts insurance
  • The location of the facility
  • The length of the treatment programs
  • If you are suffering from any co-occurring physical and mental health disorders
  • The length of the treatment programs
