List of Short Term Drug and Alcohol Treatment Facilities In Frederick, Colorado

Making Short Term Rehab Work in Frederick, Colorado

For many people, finishing short term treatment means that you'll need to follow up with aftercare services such as going to individual and group counseling. In most cases, addiction recovery is a long-term goal. This means that you may want to continue with your treatment in other settings for a while - depending on how confident you are in your sobriety, your determination, and your health.

As such, the step-down method after completing a short term drug rehab program may include additional types of treatment, including but not limited to:

  • Intensive outpatient programs (IOP)
  • Partial hospitalization programs (PHP)
  • Halfway houses
  • Sober living homes
  • Support groups
  • Outpatient treatments

In fact, even after you have finished a short term substance abuse rehabilitation center and have started a new healthy way of life, you may still require additional support and aftercare services. You might find these in group settings, such as by going to 12-step support group meetings, or in an individualized atmosphere such as one-on-one counseling and outpatient counseling.

In general, the longer you can stick to the treatment protocol, the better your chances of successful recovery will be.

As you strive for abstinence and balance in your life, you should take the time to find the best short term substance abuse treatment center in Frederick in accordance with your particular needs and preferences.

While searching for a short term treatment program, therefore, you should consider the following factors:

  • The cost of treatment
  • The type and severity of your addiction
  • If the facility accepts insurance
  • The location of the facility
  • The length of the treatment programs
  • If you are suffering from any co-occurring physical and mental health disorders
  • The length of the treatment programs
