List of Short Term Alcohol and Drug Rehabs In Dupont, Colorado

Making Short Term Rehabilitation Work in Dupont, Colorado

Typically, completing short term drug treatment means that you want to follow up with aftercare services such as through 12-step meetings or individualized counseling. Usually, addiction recovery is a long-term ambition. This means that you may want to continue with your treatment in other settings for some time - depending on your health, strength, and level of abstinence and recovery.

Therefore, the step-down method after attending a short term drug rehab program will consist of additional types of recovery, including but not limited to:

  • Intensive outpatient programs (IOP)
  • Partial hospitalization programs (PHP)
  • Halfway houses
  • Sober living homes
  • Support groups
  • Outpatient treatments

In fact, even after you have finished a short term drug treatment program and have began transitioning into a new healthy and drug-free way of life, you will still require further support and aftercare services. You might discover these in group settings, such as by going to 12-step meetings, or in an individualized environment like one on one counseling or outpatient drug treatment.

In general, the longer you stay committed to treatment and recovery, the higher your chances of successful recovery will be.

As you strive for sobriety and balance in your life, you should take the time to find a good short term drug or alcohol rehab facility in Dupont based on your particular requirements and preferences.

When trying to find a short term treatment program you might want to consider the following factors:

  • If the facility accepts insurance
  • If you are suffering from any co-occurring physical and mental health disorders
  • The cost of treatment
  • The length of the treatment programs
  • The location of the facility
  • The rehab programs provided
  • The type and severity of your addiction
