List of Short Term Alcohol and Drug Rehab Centers In Brush, Colorado

Making Short Term Rehab Work in Brush, Colorado

For many people, finishing short term treatment means that you'll need to continue on with additional rehabilitation services such as making use of individual and group counseling. Usually, substance abuse recovery is a long-term commitment. Therefore you might want to continue with your treatment in other settings for some time - depending on how confident you are in your sobriety, your determination, and your health.

Therefore, the step-down method after completing a short term drug treatment program will include other levels of recovery, including but not limited to:

  • Intensive outpatient programs (IOP)
  • Partial hospitalization programs (PHP)
  • Halfway houses
  • Sober living homes
  • Support groups
  • Outpatient treatments

In fact, even after you have graduated from a short term drug rehabilitation program and have started transitioning into a new sober lifestyle, you may still want additional support. You may discover these in group contexts, such as by going to 12-step support group meetings, or in an individualized atmosphere such as one on one counseling or outpatient drug treatment.

In general, the longer you stay committed to treatment and recovery, the higher your chances of recovery will be.

While you strive for sobriety and structure in your life, you should take the time to locate an effective short term drug or alcohol rehabilitation center in Brush based on your particular requirements and preferences.

While looking for a short term rehab program, therefore, you might want to consider the following factors:

  • The cost of treatment
  • The type and severity of your addiction
  • If the facility accepts insurance
  • The location of the facility
  • The length of the treatment programs
  • If you are suffering from any co-occurring physical and mental health disorders
  • The length of the treatment programs
