List of Short Term Alcohol and Drug Rehab Facilities In Anton, Colorado

Making Short Term Drug and Alcohol Rehab Work in Anton, Colorado

Most commonly, finishing short term treatment means that you'll need to follow up with aftercare services such as through group counseling and individualized therapy. In most cases, substance abuse recovery is a long-term goal. That said, you might want to continue with your treatment in other settings for a while - depending on how confident you are in your sobriety, your determination, and your health.

As such, the step-down method after going through a short term drug rehabilitation program may consist of additional levels of treatment, including but not limited to:

  • Halfway houses
  • Intensive outpatient programs (IOP)
  • Outpatient treatments
  • Partial hospitalization programs (PHP)
  • Sober living homes
  • Support groups

Even after you have finished a short term treatment facility and have started transitioning into a new healthy way of life, you will likely still require further support and aftercare services. You may find these in group settings, such as by going to 12-step support group meetings, or in an individual environment like one on one counseling & therapy and outpatient therapy.

In general, the longer you can stick to the treatment protocol, the greater your chances of recovery will be.

While you strive for abstinence and balance in your life, you will want to take the time to find the best short term drug rehab program in Anton based on your specific needs and preferences.

When looking for a short term treatment center you should consider the following factors:

  • The cost of treatment
  • The type and severity of your addiction
  • If the facility accepts insurance
  • The location of the facility
  • The length of the treatment programs
  • If you are suffering from any co-occurring physical and mental health disorders
  • The length of the treatment programs
