List of Inpatient Addiction Treatment Facilities In Oil Trough, Arkansas

Understanding Inpatient Drug Rehabilitation in Oil Trough, Arkansas

If you have been dealing with alcohol and drug abuse, you may have to look for the most appropriate inpatient drug and alcohol treatment center to address your issue. These programs usually provide intensive services with a variety of tools and therapy to empower their patients to overcome their dependence on addictive, mind-altering, and intoxicating substances. Participating in such an Oil Trough program, therefore, could make it possible for you to get on the path to total recovery and succeed in leading a happy, productive, and successful life.

Additionally, inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation will allow you to live with others dealing with the same or similar addictions. In doing so, you will benefit from the help, support, and care you need to conquer your condition in a comfortable location free of alcohol and drugs.

24/7 support

In the same way, residential drug programs - as inpatient treatment is also called - will provide you with around the clock support. Most of these centers have extremely qualified and certified addiction treatment professionals that can oversee you as you continue living in the center for a designated period.

If the center is inside a hospital, the health professionals on staff can also provide around the clock medical support and monitoring. However, if it is not in a hospital setting, you might receive less intensive care from on-call medical staff.

12 Step and Non 12 Step Recovery Groups

Most inpatient alcohol and drug rehabilitation centers in Oil Trough, AR. will require that you undergo therapy every day. In certain instances, you may also be asked to take part in and participate in 12 step support group meetings. Through these meetings, you will receive recovery advice, encouragement, and support from like-minded individuals also struggling with similar addictions. You will even get the opportunity to work through specific, fail proof actions that others have taken to find full recovery.

Last but not least, the program might also have alternative non-12 step recovery group meetings that abide by similar models of rehabilitation but with a concentrations that is not as religious or faith-based.

Recovery Centers of Arkansas
1201 River Road
North Little Rock, AR. 72114

Recovery Centers of Arkansas has a rich history with strong foundations in the recovery community of central Arkansas. The first Alcoholics Anonymous group in Arkansas and the oldest AA group west of the Mississippi River initially incorporated in the 1950's, as the Twenty-Four Hour Club and later as Addiction Treatment Centers, for the purpose of purchasing a facility in Little Rock to offer treatment for alcohol abuse. A need was shortly thereafter identified to have a similar facility on the north side of the river. Twelve people, incorporating as Riverbend Recovery Centers, donated $100 each for a down payment on a building and property located at the current site in North Little Rock. Operating under separate articles of incorporation, the two facilities each expanded, offering treatment to both men and women and to include substance abuse treatment in general rather than just alcohol addiction.
