KAR House has long been dedicated to assisting individuals recovery after a period of alcohol and drug addiction. It has been doing this within Point Baker, Alaska and in the surrounding communities for quite some time. KAR House offers services like couple/family therapy, dual diagnosis drug rehab, group therapy, activity therapy, motivational interviewing, substance abuse counseling approach - which are all in line with their philosophy of the treatments and rehabilitation programs that work. KAR House believes that clients need specially tailored treatment programs to achieve recovery. Finally, KAR House accepts private pay, private medical insurance, military insurance, medicare, medicaid, access to recovery (atr) voucher, state education funds, as well as others.
