Some of the intellectual and developmental disability services that Peregrine offers include community supports through a program for adults, young teens, and young adults. It also provides case management programs, a post-secondary education program, and mental health prevention, assessment, and treatment services. - For its mental health services, the center has 2 residential supported living programs for people who have been struggling with chronic mental illnesses as well as those who have been historically hospitalized for these disorders. The goal of this program is to provide these clients with the appropriate frequency, level, and goal-centered supports to help them in their day to day lives. - Through these services, the agency ensures that its clients are able to achieve as well as maintain success in their lives within their community. Further, they are empowered to improve their overall physical, emotional, and mental health even as they strive to reduce their incidences of hospitalization. At the end of the day, the goal of Peregrine is to ensure that these clients can feel good both about themselves as well as about their place and role in the world.
