Community Action Partnership of has been offering addiction care and rehabilitation services to the residents of Jay Em and those living within the surrounding communities. Today, Community Action Partnership of offers services like group therapy, dual diagnosis drug rehab, cognitive/behavior therapy, individual psychotherapy, 12-step facilitation approach, matrix model and others in keeping with its philosophy of following rehabilitation treatments that work best to help clients achieve recovery.
This drug and alcohol treatment program also believes the best form of treatment to ensure success is to offer individualized care. Services are available in the following settings - inpatient treatment facilities, long term treatment facilities, outpatient individual counseling, short term drug abuse treatment, outpatient detoxification centers and others.
It also believes that an aftercare program is integral in promoting recovery in the long term. Lastly, Community Action Partnership of accepts cash or self-payment, private medical insurance, military insurance, sliding fee scale, state welfare or child and family services funds, access to recovery (atr) voucher and others as payment forms.
