Central Vermont has been offering ongoing addiction treatment and rehabilitation services to the residents of West Topsham, Vermont and those living within the surrounding communities. Today, Central Vermont offers services like vocational rehabilitation services, behavior modification, cognitive/behavior therapy, relapse prevention, trauma therapy, matrix model and others in line with its belief of following rehabilitation treatments that work best to help clients achieve sobriety.
This alcohol and drug rehab center also believes the best form of treatment to ensure success is to offer individualized care. Services are available in the following settings - inpatient rehab centers, long term treatment facilities, detoxification facilities, outpatient hospital programs, short term drug and alcohol rehab programs and others.
It also believes that an aftercare program is integral in promoting recovery in the long term. Lastly, Central Vermont accepts private pay, private medical insurance, medicaid, medicare, payment assistance, state corrections or juvenile justice funds, access to recovery (atr) voucher and others as forms of payment.
