North County Health Consortium has been providing addiction care to individuals who reside in and around West Charleston, Vermont and who are fighting with alcohol and drug abuse issues. As such, North County Health Consortium provides a wide range of services including matrix model, vocational rehabilitation services, dual diagnosis drug rehab, group therapy, 12-step facilitation approach, contingency management/motivational incentive and others applying its unique philosophy of evidence based approaches to addiction treatment.
This rehabilitation center also thinks that each client benefits most from individualized services. Because of this, it has been specializing in a wide range of personalized treatments like domestic violence, transgender or (LGBT) clients, aftercare/continuing care, clients referred from the court/judicial system, persons who have experienced sexual abuse, treatment for spanish-speaking clients and more. In the same way, this alcohol and drug rehabilitation program provides these services in the following settings - long term drug and alcohol rehab programs, outpatient substance abuse counseling, inpatient detox centers, short term drug and alcohol rehab facilities, inpatient addiction treatment programs and more.
