North County Health Consortium is devoted to assisting the residents of Lyndon Center, Vermont and the surrounding areas to getting their life back after struggling with substance abuse. North County Health Consortium offers a wide array of services in line with their philosophy of treatments that work - including long term rehab facilities, detox facilities, outpatient hospital programs, inpatient drug and alcohol rehab centers, short term rehabs and others.
