North County Health Consortium is dedicated to helping the residents of Island Pond, Vermont and the surrounding areas to getting their life back after struggling with substance abuse. North County Health Consortium administers a wide array of services in line with their belief of treatments that work - including outpatient substance abuse counseling, outpatient detox programs, short term drug rehab programs, inpatient rehab facilities, long term rehab facilities and others.
