Central Vermont is committed to assisting anyone with a drug or alcohol use issue in the local community find complete recovery. It provides several services - such as inpatient treatment facilities, outpatient substance abuse treatment services, short term drug rehab facilities, long term rehabs, inpatient detox facilities and others - in line with its belief of the recovery care and rehabilitation modalities that are effective in recovery. This drug and alcohol rehab also believes that people need individual care and treatment to be able to stop abusing drugs and alcohol.
As such, Central Vermont specializes in trauma-related counseling, relapse prevention, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive/behavior therapy, dual diagnosis drug rehab, activity therapy and more. At the same time, it accepts clients who are social skills development, programs for the hearing impaired, treatment for spanish-speaking clients, transgender or (LGBT) clients, active duty military, legal advocacy, and others. This alcohol and drug treatment program uses care modalities that can help clients to maintain sobriety and abstinence from the substances of abuse that they have used in the past.
In terms of payment, clients in Central Vermont can pay for services using private pay, private health insurance, military insurance, sliding fee scale, state welfare or child and family services funds, state corrections or juvenile justice funds and others.
