STEPS of Recovery has made a name for itself by dedicating its recovery services to the people who struggle with alcohol and drug use disorders in the Syracuse area.
Programs are offered on an individual basis to ensure clients achieve full recovery in the long term. STEPS of Recovery has also specialized in group therapy, behavior modification, 12-step facilitation approach, vocational rehabilitation services, rational emotive behavioral therapy, individual psychotherapy, and others - as well as many other treatment methods such as veterans, substance abuse education, suicide prevention services, persons with serious mental illness, persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, transgender or (LGBT) clients, and more.
Additionally, STEPS of Recovery has programs such as inpatient detox centers, outpatient day treatment, short term drug and alcohol rehabs, long term treatment programs, inpatient drug rehab facilities for clients with addictions to drugs and alcohol. The substance abuse treatment facility uses treatment modalities that can provide lasting and permanent stability to anyone with a drug and alcohol abuse disorder. Finally, STEPS of Recovery accepts clients with different kinds of payment methods - including private health insurance, private pay, military insurance, sliding fee scale, other state funds, access to recovery (atr) voucher and others.
