Pathway has long been dedicated to assisting individuals recovery after a period of alcohol and drug addiction. It has been doing this within Smithville and in the surrounding communities for many years now. Pathway offers services like 12-step facilitation approach, trauma therapy, couple/family therapy, behavior modification, trauma-related counseling, vocational rehabilitation services - all of which represent their treatment philosophy. Pathway believes that clients need specially tailored treatment programs to achieve recovery. This is why it provides several programs, like persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, veterans, persons with eating disorders, programs for the hearing impaired, clients referred from the court/judicial system, clients with HIV/AIDS - among other services listed in the following sections.
Pathway offers detox programs, long term rehab facilities, outpatient counseling, short term addiction treatment programs, inpatient rehab facilities and others. Pathway has aftercare plans that are designed to help clients maintain their sobriety.
