Harbor has been dedicating its treatment programs and services to helping people who are struggling with alcohol and drug addiction in Luckey and its surrounding area.

This is why Harbor is specialized in anger management, 12-step facilitation approach, rational emotive behavioral therapy, couple/family therapy, motivational interviewing, vocational rehabilitation services, among other programs.
Harbor also provides housing services, self-help groups, persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, residential beds for client's children, clients referred from the court/judicial system, substance abuse education, and offers some of the best continued recovery programs - all of which are helpful to its clients. This drug and alcohol rehabilitation program also uses treatment modalities that can help you achieve the best possible outcome.
