List of Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Rehab Facilities In Galata, Montana

How Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Works in Galata, Montana

If you have been battling with an extreme substance use disorder and addiction, outpatient alcohol and drug rehabilitation might not prove to be enough for you. Before you seek treatment for your condition, you must first go through detoxification to rid your body completely of the substances you were abusing.

After the detox stage, the outpatient drug and alcohol rehab program will begin the real work of therapy and recovery. In fact, these programs work better if you have already completed another form of care - such as a participating in an inpatient addiction treatment . You should also be deemed medically stable enough that you can comfortably pursue treatment and recovery with little to no supervision.

When you begin an outpatient addiction treatment program in Galata, the following services will be provided every week:

  • Family counseling
  • Group therapy and support meetings
  • One-on-one therapy session
  • Prescribed medication management for poly-substance addiction diagnoses
  • Nutritional coaching
  • Individual counseling with addiction treatment specialists
  • Exercise related therapy
  • Relapse prevention
  • Sober living housing, where required

Since outpatient rehab does not require that you reside inside the center, it means that you might need to dedicate yourself to sobriety so that the program proves fruitful in the long run. You should also strive for sobriety and abstain from drugs without any supervision or assistance.

As long as your surroundings are conducive to your recovery, you may find that outpatient drug rehab is the best option. This is because you will get support and assistance at home so that you can continue focusing on beating your addiction - with none of the pitfalls you may have run into in the past.
