Lake Wellness Center provides recovery care and rehab services such as outpatient detoxification programs, short term treatment centers, long term treatment centers, inpatient drug addiction treatment, outpatient individual counseling, and others to clients residing in the Gonzales area so that they overcome their drug and alcohol use disorders and achieve full sobriety.
