The Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse of Northwest Louisiana (CADA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, private health organization providing substance abuse services. CADA was established on October 1, 1958, and has been providing these services for the residents of Louisiana on a continuous basis since that time. Fairfield location CADA is one of 100 affiliates of the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence.
