Northeastern Oklahoma Council on is committed to helping anyone with a drug or alcohol use issue in the local community find complete recovery. It provides several services - such as short term drug and alcohol rehabs, long term drug and alcohol rehab programs, inpatient drug rehab programs, outpatient substance abuse counseling, detoxification facilities and others - in keeping with its belief of the recovery treatment and rehabilitation methods that work in recovery. This drug and alcohol treatment program also believes that clients need individual care to be able to maintain their sobriety.
As such, Northeastern Oklahoma Council on has specialized in relapse prevention, rational emotive behavioral therapy, trauma therapy, behavior modification, motivational interviewing, activity therapy and more. Similarly, it accepts patients who are clients with HIV/AIDS, programs for the hearing impaired, co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, legal advocacy, clients referred from the court/judicial system, suicide prevention services, and others.
