Northeastern Oklahoma Council on is committed to assisting the residents of Baxter Springs, Kansas and the surrounding areas to getting their sobriety back after battling with alcohol and drug addiction. As such, Northeastern Oklahoma Council on provides a wide assortment of services in line with their philosophy of treatments that work - including inpatient drug rehab facilities, long term addiction treatment centers, short term treatment facilities, outpatient detoxification centers, outpatient counseling and others.
