Socorro Community Health Center is dedicated to helping the residents of Nutrioso, Arizona and the surrounding areas to getting their sobriety back after battling with alcohol and drug addiction. As such, Socorro Community Health Center offers a wide range of services in line with their belief of treatments that work - including long term drug and alcohol rehab facilities, outpatient hospital programs, inpatient treatment centers, short term treatment centers, outpatient detox programs and others.
