Community Health Association is devoted to helping the community of Elfrida, Arizona and the surrounding areas to recovering from the problems and issues that arrive from drug an/or alcohol abuse. As such, Community Health Association offers a wide collection of services in line with their philosophy of treatments that work - including intensive outpatient treatment, inpatient addiction treatment centers, long term treatment programs, short term drug treatment, outpatient detox programs and others.
Community Health Association also feels that it is crucial that every individual client gets uniquely tailored treatment to ensure their recovery. This is why it is specialized in a wide variety of treatment methods, including dual diagnosis drug rehab, trauma-related counseling, couple/family therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, relapse prevention, contingency management/motivational incentive and others. Additionally, Community Health Association is specialized in seniors or older adults, residential beds for client's children, child care for clients children, co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, persons who have experienced sexual abuse, suicide prevention services, as well as other special programs. In general, the treatment services that this drug and alcohol treatment facility uses strive to achieve true and lasting sobriety for each of its clients.
