Southeast Kansas Mental Health Center is a private not for profit organization that coordinates and provides high quality addiction treatment and mental health management programs and services in the local community. - It mostly targets clients who live in Woodson, Bourbon, Linn, Anderson, Neosho, and Allen counties. The center is also comprised of a team of more than 150 full time support specialists and professionals working to help clients overcome their substance abuse and addiction as well as manage their mental health disorders. - These professionals assess clients before creating highly individualized treatment plans. After that, they support the clients and coordinate their long term health care and wellness needs. - The core services provided by the Southeast Kansas Mental Health Center include but are not limited to crisis intervention, healthcare coordination, specialty training, skills building, educational services, case management, consultation, therapy and counseling, psychiatry, and chemical abuse therapy and counseling, among many others.
