NDTS is a fully licensed community-based non-profit substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program operating in Pennsylvania for 38 years (in the Lehigh Valley since 1980 and in Berks County since 1990). Our service model is grounded in an evidence-based practice using Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), in conjunction with counseling, for people suffering from opioid and other substance use disorders. NDTS also provides mental health services at Cedar Point Family Services for those experiencing co-morbid mental health disorders. Our mission is to help patients recover from SUD by providing the supports they need to return to normal functionality for their families and communities. We view recovery as a lifelong process that begins when a patient seeks help. Each person seeking treatment is an unique individual presenting specific treatment needs. NDTS offers individualized treatment planning to help patients find their unique paths to recovery.
